Hi all, my name is Amy and welcome! I am so glad you are here. Have you ever felt deprived or have a loved one that has had to miss out on the sweeter things in life? Well I have found myself in those same shoes. Rather by choice or if you have celiac's as is my case. I found myself in the kitchen working on recipes so I could enjoy sweets and even the simple items such as a dinner roll. In this process I realized I could help others just like me! The joy of watching the smiles on the faces when others can now enjoy the simple, Gluten Free, back to basics baked goods.
